Would you like input on the planning process for DEAM12? Join the various DirectEmployers Committee Chair Persons to assist in enhancing this year's conference experience for both Members and Partners. Any participation will be greatly appreciated and only an hour or two a week is asked of your time.

  • Program Committee

    Committee Chair Person: Nancy Holland
    Get a birds eye view of speakers and the agenda for DEAM12! Searching out speakers and setting up the agenda is the foundation of any conference. As such, this committee holds the responsibility of the conference agenda, speaker procurement and HRCI continuing education credits. In terms of HRCI education credits the committee will help determine how many educational credit sessions to include as well as which areas to focus on.

  • Social Media Committee

    Committee Chair Person: Katie Pfledderer
    Are you a social butterfly or passionate about social media? The goal for this committee is to leverage social media to build hype for DEAM12, engage in online conversation with speakers, attendees and staff, and share information and resources before, during and after the conference primarily through Pipeline (online Member community), Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Flickr, Instagram, YouTube, Google+ and Pinterest. Whether you're a pro or just getting started, we encourage all levels of experience to join.

  • Sponsorship Committee

    Committee Chair Person: Lis Dennis
    Help reach out to Members to contribute to the success of DEAM12! Each year we strive to make the conferences better than the last and this year is no exception. This committee will be responsible for finding Members interested in sponsoring the various events and overall annual meeting & conference.

  • Awards Committee

    Committee Chair Person: Katie Pfledderer
    Think you've got what it takes to set up DirectEmployers first awards process? If you've always thought the annual conferences needed an awards ceremony to highlight Member companies' ideas then this committee is for you. Help establish award categories, submission and voting processes and help find an unbiased party to choose the category winners.
